Terms of service

These terms govern use of arborwell.shop and purchases from ARBORWELL OFFICE SUPPLY LLC, trading as ARBORWELL. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean ARBORWELL OFFICE SUPPLY LLC.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and keep any account credentials secure.

You must not use the store for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or introduce harmful software.

Products and descriptions

We offer stationery, writing, reading and planning products as described on their individual product pages.

Review each listing for dimensions, materials, quantities and included components. Photographic props are not included unless expressly listed.

Product images are intended to represent the goods offered. Minor differences in screen color rendering may occur, but products must conform to their descriptions and applicable legal requirements.

Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Displayed product prices include applicable sales tax. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. We do not add a separate sales tax charge, shipping fee or handling fee at checkout.

The complete amount payable is shown before you submit payment. Your financial institution may apply its own charges under its agreement with you.

Price changes apply to future orders and do not alter an order already accepted.

Payments

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. An order requires successful payment authorization.

We do not guarantee that every payment method supported by Shopify is available in our store.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm that the order has been dispatched.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud or an obvious material listing error. We will notify you and refund any amount collected within 3 business days.

We will not increase the price of an order without your agreement. If a material error prevents fulfillment, you may choose whether to accept a clearly explained correction or receive a full refund.

Shipping and delivery

We ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 states only. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or military addresses.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. The daily cutoff is 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, observing local daylight saving time.

Tracking is provided after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for complete details.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipment date or canceling for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, including for a change of mind.

We pay eligible return and exchange shipping costs and charge no restocking or return processing fee.

Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank processing time is additional.

You may request cancellation before dispatch. Full conditions and instructions appear in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your information and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and other service providers process personal information to operate the store and deliver services.

Where enhanced Shopify services are enabled, processing may include information from your interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify. Providers may process information in other countries.

These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

Revised terms apply prospectively. Terms applicable when an order is accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.

Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from arborwell.shop, operated by ARBORWELL OFFICE SUPPLY LLC.

30-day returns

Request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery, including for a change of mind. There are no product-category exclusions. Change-of-mind items should be unused, complete and in their original condition after reasonable inspection. Include original packaging where reasonably possible; it is not mandatory for defective-product claims.

Return method and costs

Email support@arborwell.shop with your order number and the items to return. Contact us before shipping so we can provide instructions and a prepaid label or another merchant-paid return method. Returns are by mail to our company address below. Keep proof of dispatch. A delay in our response does not invalidate a request made within 30 days.

We pay eligible return and exchange shipping costs, including change-of-mind returns and replacement shipping. No restocking, return processing or exchange fees apply.

Refunds

We initiate eligible refunds to the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds include the amount paid for the returned goods and included applicable tax. Bank processing time is additional. Standard delivery is free. We notify you when the refund is issued. Any issue with a return will be explained before a proposed deduction or rejection.

Damaged or incorrect products

Contact us promptly with details of damage, defects, missing parts or an incorrect item. Photos help where available. We arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund and pay necessary shipping. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Exchanges and cancellation

Exchanges depend on availability; any price difference is agreed before proceeding. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose an eligible refund. Request cancellation before dispatch; if not yet dispatched we cancel and initiate a full refund within 3 business days. After dispatch use the return procedure.

Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We ship from the United States to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations or military APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Fees and timing

Standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Prices include applicable sales tax, with no separate tax, handling or shipping charge added at checkout. These are domestic shipments; customers are not charged import duties or customs clearance fees by us.

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Cutoff is 4:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, observing daylight saving time. Orders after cutoff, on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding U.S. public holidays.

Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–5 business days: approximately 4–8 business days total from the start of processing. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments. We provide tracking by email after dispatch.

Delays and delivery problems

If we cannot dispatch within the stated period, we notify you of a revised date and offer agreement to the delay or cancellation with a full refund. Cancellation refunds are initiated within 3 business days, or sooner where legally required.

Contact us promptly to correct an address before dispatch. Changes after dispatch depend on the carrier. Report missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries with your order number. We investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when an order is not correctly fulfilled. A delivered tracking scan does not prevent a delivery claim. You are not required to resolve a carrier claim alone.
